it finally happened...isabella has her first cold. its definitely not a first that we are enjoying, but we are making it through. mostly we just feel so bad for her because she looks and sounds so miserable. poor little girl...

i turned on a baby show for her (of kids singing) and she was in a total daze. i know i shouldn't let her watch tv, but i was just happy that she was entertained and distracted from feeling sick for a couple of minutes.

how lucky that you've made it six months without her getting sick! her little scratchy voice is so sad... poor girl. i hope she's better before Christmas. and ps, coming from a mom who succumbs to turning on movies during desperate times, you SHOULD NOT feel guilty! not only is she sick, but you guys are stuck in the house!
I LOVED Isabella's expressions while she was watching 'her' show! So cute...she was totally into it! As a parent we get more pleasure watching our child watch something then watching the something..(did you follow that?)
Merry Christmas to you all...
oh my gosh, that baby show reaction is hilarious! miss you guys!
That video of her coughing is so sad yet so cute. Kaya loved it. She kept signing more everytime it ended... yes, we watched it about 10 times :)
Poor Isabella! She's so cute in her highchair and then to hear her cough! My heart aches for her! I totally understand about using the TV to bring some distraction and relief for sick kids! I did it! And you are right! Its nice to give them some comfort while they are sick! Good job mommy!
